Couscous roasted veggies goat cheese

Preparation Method

- Drain chickpeas (or prepare chicken/other protein).
- Stir goat cheese into hot couscous until creamy. Mix in roasted vegetables and chickpeas.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Divide into containers for meal prep if desired.
